How do I get back on track??
I have gained back 3.8lbs of my weight loss - I can't seem to get back into the grove. If I every needed my MFP support, it's now - help me get motivated before I go completely insane.... THanks Patricia

25lbs lighter and feeling GRRRRREEEEAT!!
Just wanted to share that I am officially 25lbs lighter!!!! I started this lifestyle change at the begging of February at 211lbs and now am at 186lbs!!! You guys have been inspirational and I look forward to losing yet another 25lbs with you all!!!!! Patricia
