Don't know if I should gain muscle or lose weight?
I'm 5'7" and 165 lbs. It's not the number that's bothering me it's how I look. Couldn't care less about the number. I just don't know if I need to lose weight or just tone up? I want to be able to see my muscle and I don't know if I need to lose weight for that to happen or can I just jump in to strength training and see…
