Just looking for someone who is doing p90 i have the older dvds...not p90x....Just looking to see how u record it in your exercise dairy...I know i need to get a monitor just not able to yet and kinda looking for something for now

Looking for simple diet
Looking for a simple diet i need like 2200 calories i day i gain weight cuz i dont eat enough...I have a toddler so its hard to eat alot...anyone got any good suggestions? I got some slim fast to help try and feel in the gaps but i still have trouble getting the calories

I was wondering if anyone knew how to enter this p90 video in exercise diary? Its not p90x its the first p90.....this is cardio and strength training...i really enjoy doing this video and want to track it on here
