Hungry Monday
I know I cannot be the only one who can eat really well over the weekend and sometimes get too busy to remember lunch but come Monday at work am hungry as a bear! I have eaten my breakfast and an apple and my blueberries already and it isn't even 10:00! What gives!?

Airplane Win!
Last week I took a flight for the first time since losing an additional 20lbs. I cannot tell you the difference it made for my comfort. I could cross my legs and not have to do the whole ankles and arms crossed thing to stay in my "space". May seem small but it is not fun being overweight on any flight let alone a long one.
