OMG I just chipped a tooth on my screen. That looks so amazing!

IC my son knocked up his on again off again Hooters waitress gf and now decided it would be a good idea to marry the person that he hated 6 months ago. This has caused me to go completely off the rails and I am eating my feelings and I need an intervention like never before.

IC that I just rationalized eating an oatmeal raisin cookie at work by telling myself if was grains and fruit.

I struggle with giving up wine on the weekends. I don't ever drink calories except for my wine and I just enjoy it so much. That is a hard one for sure, good for you for being able to do it.

I think there is a song out about this very thing by Dua Lipa... It is all a process.

We need to be neighbors. I love anything lemon!

This is so real life for me.

Spectacular flow chart. Jay Z solves most issues. :)

This just made my day!

I confess that when someone posts nothing but one of those flowcharts as a response to someone who is crying out for help on here because they are struggling I want to put my fist through the computer.

"According to a recent study, a daily action like eating fruit at lunch or running for fifteen minutes took an average of sixty-six days to become as much of a habit as it would ever become." 7 lbs is a lot of weight to lose in a week. I know it is hard to not see a loss every time you step on the scale, especially when you feel like you have been working so hard. If you can try to remember that it is a journey it may help. Sometimes your body just might be adapting to the new conditions. Keep working hard and…

I so get this one. I work for a European company and there are a lot of executives from our home country who think that people who are overweight are lazy and therefore they ignore them. I have been ignored and treated like I was invisible in the past. I keep on wondering how these same people would treat me now that I am…

I always inch up a bit the week before I start and then it all comes off once I do.

I would see if you can get some recommendations on exercises from a physical therapist. Your doctor should be willing to refer you so it is covered by insurance. I feel for you, that is rough having a leg and an arm out at the same time. I would most certainly go to a professional for recommendations so that you don't risk…

I bought a bag of dark chocolate with raspberries from Costco. I opened it and got out my trusty food scale. Weighed and measured 1 oz portions and put them in snack baggies and then loaded them all back in the original bag. Now I can grab a pre-portioned amount and satisfy my sweet tooth without the temptation of eating…

New one for me today. My shoes are all starting to slip, yes even my feet were poofy. I really love my shoes and have a quite a bit of money tied up in them so this is not good.

I have the FitBit Aria scale and love it. It does feed right into MFP and or FitBit app & Apple health. I like it because I can't fudge my numbers or decide I just won't enter my weight for the week if I don't like the number. It has helped keep me accountable.

Great job! That is a great loss, you should be very proud.

Honestly, what is the purpose of this kind of response? Did you have a better suggestion or did you just want to tell some one they are wrong?

I second the Popsugar workouts. I do the Tabata workout it is 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off and a really good workout for me since I need a bit more structure to my workouts. Good luck, you've got this!

I am not an expert by any means but I do recall reading that women who cut their calories to 1200 or below risk doing significant damage to their bodies. While everyone is different I would do more research on what the appropriate daily caloric intake is for your body type. Hang in there and good luck to you.

YouTube - Popsugar - Tabata HIIT workout. I run and also kickbox and this had muscles that I didn't know I had screaming.

Spicy Garlic is my absolute favorite, I swear I dream about them. I do love the boneless for the convenience of eating but I have to agree with the others, this really increases the calorie count. It isn't on the menu but you can ask for a veggie boat and they will bring you a big thing of carrots and celery and that can…

@cherilee0831 I love Chick-fil-a sauce, especially to dip the waffle fries in...*sigh*

I went to Taco Bell with a coworker today and stuck with my 170 calorie hard taco no sour cream but I was shocked at how many calories some of the other menu options were. There was one meal that had 1600 calories! That is more than my entire day allotment. Holy cow!

I see that this thread is pretty old but I am in the Charlotte area and would love to have some local support and networking going.
