Hi, I am a nibbler when I'm at home. I have fruit about the place but often its not really what I want so I end up having a lot or still feel empty. I am hoping someone might have some ideas for low cal filling snacks that are a bit more satisfying than fruit. Maybe something that boosts the metabolism also :happy: Thanks
