Is is better to have higher Protein or Fat?
I am looking to reduce my carbs to about 30% (100g) as my diet is low in carbs anyway. Is it better to have slightly higher percentage fat or protein. I am fairly active and workout 30 mins everyday alternating Cardio and Strength.
