Sugar in fruits & my daily food log
So, I've been tracking my food on here, obviously that's why I'm here. Many days sugar "allowance" is over. Even on days when I'm really good (i.e., didn't give in to the vending machine m&ms). On those days a lot of my sugar is from my fruits: a smoothie (fruits and spinach, little milk/water), an apple or pear for snack.…
