Accountability Issues- Please Help!
Looking for an accountability partner to check in daily and really push me to stay on track and motivated. Finding it very hard to find the support I need in my life right now. How many calories should i eat??
I am confused about what option is best for me. My goal is to aim for 2lbs loss / week I am committed to working out 7 days a week (I use a HRM and burn minimum 500 calories/workout) MFP says eat: 2880 to maintain 2380 to lose 1 lb 1880 to lose 2 lbs I am not sure what to set my goal at.
