New Year = New Me!

I am dropping 100 lbs this year.
No more maybe's, no more trying... I have made up my mind to do it.

I will track ALL my foods daily
I will work out 6 days (3 cardio days, 2 strength training days)
I will be using a HRM to track my progress
I will run 5K (minimum) by the end of 2014

What i am looking for:
Friends who can offer positive support ( especially on those tough days when I need the extra push)
Friends who can offer advice regarding work outs, training etc
Friends with similar goals
Friends who can keep me accountable
