Arm Balance Poses HELP
I've been doing a yoga challenge this month and there are a few arm balance poses in it. I'm a total newbie with arm poses. Anyone have any tips on that? Like crow pose and hurdler's pose and things like that?

Favorite Ab workouts?
Trying to get my abs back. I used to be a dancer/gymnist so I just naturally had abs from all that natural body workout. That was years ago. Wondering what your favorite ab workouts are? Weather they be specific calisthenic moves or routines or a workout video that you're more keen to using. Thanks in advanced :)
