I went to McDonald's on Sunday night to get a non-fat, sugar-free vanilla latte and the guy behind the counter said "Hey stranger! I haven't seen you in months!" It made me feel good because I literally used to eat there twice a day!

Mindless Snacking
Before I joined MFP, I never snacked. I only ate 3 (unhealthy) meals a day. I was never hungry in between those meal either. Now that I'm watching what I eat, I can not stop thinking about food.
