  • I used to get the Angus Mushroom Swiss burger everyday! I don't crave it like I used to.
  • Oatmeal and raisins with a cup of instant sugar free cappuccino. That can keep me going for about 3 hours.
  • Frustrated- not seeing much progress Confused- there's so much conflicting information out their Energized- endorphins!! Motivated- seeing other's transform their bodies Hungry!!- I think about food all the time now
  • dried cranberries or raisins usually cures mine. They taste like candy to me! I carry a stash of them with me so I don't buy a candy bar while I"m out. Fiji apples are really sweet-tasting too. Or try munching on Total Honey Almond with Omega-3 and Flax seed (it sounds heathy but it's good!)
  • I usually feel guilty after indulging myself on a sweet treat. But then I remind myself of how bad I used to eat (McDonald's 2-3 times a day, soda and sweet tea...absolutely NO water!). I just log my treat and move on. As long as you don't let your slip up turn into a free-for-all cheat day, you'll be fine.
  • I've been eating back my exercise cals. I think it may have something to do with my sodium intake?? In the beginning I was eating a lot of frozen (healthy) dinners which I just learned are full of sodium. I also switched from eating salted peanuts to unsalted peanuts (my favorite snack). Hopefully this will help.
  • I feel your pain! I work every Saturday and Sunday from 7am-11pm and it sucks! I miss church and other family activities. But I did chose weekends so that I wouldn't have to pay daycare expenses during the week!
  • For the most part it's healthy snacking like carrots, raisins, apples, plums, cereal bars, whole wheat crackers, etc. But I do tend to eat too many peanuts (2-3 handfuls a day). I drink about 48-64 oz of water a day. It just amazes me how I much I snack now.
  • You look great! Keep up the awesome work!
  • I was contemplating getting a reduction later on this year. I'm 5'0 120lbs with 34DDD. My boobs are way too big for my small frame. They actually make me look bigger than I am. I have a small tummy (not at flat as I would like) so there's not much for my breast to "rest" on. Becasue of this my back and shoulders have to do…

  • My Favs: Crystal Light Milk Juice (no sugar added) Occasional diet soda Sugar free instant cappuccino
  • I try to do at least 3-4 sessions of cardio (jogging, turbo jam, zumba or 30-day shred) and 2 sessions of weight training every week. I tried to follow a definite schedule but I get bored easily. The only thing I don't get tired of doing is jogging. I've been jogging consistently for 3 weeks now. I started out really slow…
  • I would like to join. My info is in my signature.
  • The cardio is the hardest for me too. Maybe because I'm petite but, top heavy (34DDD)??? I'm really hoping to lose a couple of cup sizes, maybe get down to a 34 D. That would be great. But I don't know if this workout will be enough to get me there.

  • I want to join! I started 30 Day Shred last Wednesday. I did 3 days of Level 1. I'm not going to Shred on the weekends because I work from 7am-11pm (16 hours) on Sundays and Saturdays and I think that it would be too much on my body. So I'm going to try my absolute best to workout Monday-Friday. Hopefully I won't miss any…
  • Great results! I started the shred on Wednesday. I can only work out Monday-Friday because I work two 16-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday. I hope thta I will still get good results even though I'm skipping the weekend. Is there a Shredders forum on MFP??
