I just finished watching Forks Over Knives on Netflix. I want to attempt a whole food plant-based diet. However, I am weary of grains and legumes. Are these good for you to eat? If not, how do you get enough calories during the day? Peace.

Is it necessary to exercise more than the three times a week the C25K program is? Has anybody done it by itself without any other form of exercise? I'm just curious.
