mixing power and hypertrophy on the same day
I have tried to keep periodising these but have seen a few w/out's that combine both, for example chest day bench~5X5 longer rest then some accessory work in the hypertrophy range anyone had any experience with this?

hey guy's I just finished tom venuto's "burn the fat feed the muscle" and will brink's "bodybuilding reveiled" I thought they were both really informative especial will brinks anyone else read these, thought's? would love to hear any other good book recomendations
