Question about my fast weight loss.
Let me start off with a few things. I'm doing "insanity." I started Fed 4. I had to leave town for a week and a half, consequently I haven't even finished my first month of "Insanity" yet. Down 17 lbs, short time. Elated!
So I started "Insanity" at the begining of this month. Almost 20 lbs and I still have my 4th week to go! Just really happy and had to say something to someone!

So apparently I like to trick myself
I covered up the third digit area of my digital scale. I am still going to use my diary of course, exercise everyday(my regular routine) but doing this has given me a better conscience for some reason. I know as you work out and eat, you may go up and down a few pounds every once in a while and this is my own remedy!…

Losing and Gaining, expected?
