I'm going to agree with the OP partially. Unnatural sugars kill, not like street violence kill but coupled with all the other things they put in food today its dangerous if not taken in moderation.

I hit a plateau myself after 30 lbs. I had to cut my refined sugars and carbs completely out of my diet. No red meat. Also got rid of that cheat day. Pounds are melting off now.

Ok cool, Insanity is a program by beachbody, same people who make p90x. Its 95% cardio and its definately a lot easier now. I'm just trying to find out what to expect in this weight loss journey of mine.

Kind of had the same issue when I started making smoothies last night for the week. I just use a blender instead of juicer. If you spend 70-80 bucks you can get a good blender that wont leave you with pulp. Now it wont be as smooth as say a juicer, but it allows for you to measure and account for everything.

My workouts consist of a lot of cardio. 40mins of insanity, Heart rate above 165 for 90% of the workout and a mild jog for an hour to an hour and a half, 5 mins breaks in between every 30 mins, I don't count the weight lifting because I"m not sure how to calculate that into weight loss. 1000 Calories at the minimum. High Protein and some fat. I usually try to fill MFP nutrient list to make sure I'm not missing anything. Taking a daily vitamin as well.
