In need of support!

Hey guys. I've been sporadically logging with MFP for about 3 months. I've done a huge weight loss upside down bell curve. I am really in need of support. Add me kbailey8820.

Any advice?

    I am having the same problem. I did really well the past year and lost 50+ but the past few months I have been soooo off program. I really dont want to gain it all back but have gained 5. I plan to go to store this weekend and stock up on chicken breast etc to get back on track. we can support each other.

    me too!! I was reading some of the other boards and it seems like a lot of people are getting back on the program. We just need to focus and commit again.

    I am definitely trying to get there. I've gotten in the habit of exercising and eating well. It's so hard for me to kick chocolate and bread, but I've slowly managed to go from large indulgences to a bit just a couple times a week.

    That's the key thing- Setting and FOCUSING on my goals. I've set them and I'm not settling for less now.

    Use MFP every day you possibly can, and be honest with yourself about how much you are eating and how much you exercise. MFP is just a tool, and friends can only support and encourage you if you truly are committed to changing your lifestyle. It begins with YOU! Good luck!

    I had to realize that. I can cheat MFP about how many calorie I intake, but my body will not. Thanks for your advice!

    start a streak- see how many days you can go without breaking- and the streak has to include rest days. HAS TO HAS TO!
