What's the point in exercising?
Seriously, most posts/threads I've read have said you need to eat your exercise calories back. So, what is the point of exercise? Minimum calories required, before or after exercise
I have read that you should try to have a minimum calories of 1200 per day to keep from going into starvation mode. Is that calories not including what you burn in exercise or including them? For instance if in a day I eat 1370 calories, that is over the 1200. But then I do exercise and burn 340 calories which at the end…

This week is so much harder than the three other weeks.
I just totally blew my "diet" for today. :-( This has been a rough week. I didn't see any weight loss when I weighed myself this week. Actually gained a pound. That frustrated me because I've been riding my bike 3 times a week for 50 min each. Why no loss? I'm tired of counting every last bite I eat. I've got the blahs…
