Going out to eat
My husbands birthday was last week and his dad is taking us to dinner this weekend to celebrate. He's taking us to a Mexican restaurant with no calorie information on the website. So my question is, do any of you have tips for what to eat to at least try to stay within about 600 calories?

Best Thai food options?
I'm meeting a friend for lunch next week and we're getting Thai food (yum). Normally, I get pad thai but that can run 800 cals per plate. My birthday is the week after so I don't want to go over. Any ideas for lower cal options? The restaurant is local so I can't preplan too well
