what have you got your daily calories set to?
hi all, just wandering what youve got your daily calories to? when i put my info in when i first joined mfp gave me 1200? i thought that was too low straight off, am i wrong or should i go back to the 1200? also does it automatically adjust your daily as you lose or can you reconfigure it, hope that makes sense coz im…
