what have you got your daily calories set to?

hi all, just wandering what youve got your daily calories to? when i put my info in when i first joined mfp gave me 1200? i thought that was too low straight off, am i wrong or should i go back to the 1200? also does it automatically adjust your daily as you lose or can you reconfigure it, hope that makes sense coz im confused lol!

    ps ive reset it to 1350 ive got about 3 stone to lose

    You probably have it set to lose 2lbs a week, change it to 1lb.

    I have mine set to 1lb to lose a week and my calories are at 1400 net.

    I totally ignored what they gave me, it was well below my BMR. I used a few online calculators and got an average. Mine is at 2090 atm.

    I just use it to calculate my calories and try to eat between 1400-1600 calories a day (my daily goal is 1800 and I'm always trying to get it above 1200, so I have some wiggle room.)

    I suppose I could reset it, but it does what I want it to, so I don't change it.
