New Heart Rate Monitor Thing
So I just got one of these writs band things. It takes my heart rate, counts steps, kilometers, and calories burned. I'm wondering, how often do people use theirs? Do you keep it on all day, or only wear it while exercising (when you intend to write down how many calories you burned)?

No calories for strength training?
Maybe I just set up my account wrong, But when I enter in my strength training it's not counting it towards my exercise goal for minutes or calories burned. It seems it only counts cardio? Do I need to change my settings, or does it not count strength training at all?

How often can I weigh in?
Do I get to choose how often I enter my weight? Like, can I do it more often than once/week? Or if I miss a week does it matter?
