3 pounds a week New Year's challenge
My personal goal is to lose 3lbs a week until New Year's, so I'd be 39lbs lighter by the beginning of next year. I'm so confused! 0.o
Ok I only eat when I'm hungry and I ate my "breakfast" around 4pm and I went bike riding for a half hour and my diary shows that I gained calories instead of losing them. How is this possible? 0.o

What is a healthy weight to aim for?
I am currently 215lbs and am 5'5" and am 19 years old. I am aiming to get down to anywhere between 115-120lbs. I am fine boned if that helps. I was told that a healthy weight for me is between 108-140lbs. So am I aiming too low?
