What is TDEE? Like I understand what it is, but I don't understand what I'm supposed to do with it! Do I just eat the amount of calories it calculates? What's the method behind its madness?? I would appreciate an explanation in the simplest terms possible since I really don't understand haha

Im having troubles getting enough calories!
Hi! I've noticed that no matter what or how much I eat in a day I never get to 1500 calories like I need. Is there any way to get more calories while still eating well?? My diary is open. Thanks!

Hi all! I'm 5'9" and 260lbs. My goal is to get to 140lb! So for the past few days, I have been eating spinach salads for lunch, veggies and dip for some snacks, and fruits and yogurt for other ones.
