Im having troubles getting enough calories!

Hi!

I've noticed that no matter what or how much I eat in a day I never get to 1500 calories like I need.

Is there any way to get more calories while still eating well?? My diary is open.

    Well it looks like you've only been logging for 2 days? It's kinda hard to tell.

    I'd suggest eating a higher calorie snack that's still healthy like nuts.
    Adding avocado to soups, salads, toast.
    Using full fat dairy like milk, cheese, yogurt.
    Eat some peanut butter straight.
    Cook with olive oil, not the spray stuff.
    Dark chocolate...

    Even just adding an extra cup of rice or noodles to any dish that already has them will increase it by 100 calories.

    My diary is open:-) I tend to eat the same things,I am trying to shake it up alittle.

    Yeah, I am new. But I usually only get around 600-700 calories in a day.

    I'm definitely liking the peanut butter and dark chocolate ideas.
