Hi, im coming to the end of my 30 squat challenge.. and thinking about doing the 30 day crunch challenge.. only thing is, i dont think im doing them properly.. i have watched youtube tutorials for them.. but i cant seem to lift my shoulder blades off the floor.. i just end up straining my neck any tips?

Hi! . just joined this group.. as i have discovered one of my main problems is eating my LOs dinner when she doesnt touch it.. then also eating my own.. I am a single mum.. and i also love to eat through my boredom in the evening.. does anyone else have this issue?
