Hello! .. I'm Hayley, I've just joined and im hoping this will help keep me motivated.. im coming to the end of my 30 day squat challenge.. and have started 30 day crunches today.. I have a lot of weight to lose and I'm hoping I can do it sensibly .. any tips and hints for long term weight loss and muscle building will be appreciated :)
