incorrect posture for crunches?

Hi, im coming to the end of my 30 squat challenge.. and thinking about doing the 30 day crunch challenge.. only thing is, i dont think im doing them properly.. i have watched youtube tutorials for them.. but i cant seem to lift my shoulder blades off the floor.. i just end up straining my neck any tips?

I'll I can say is engage your core keep your stomas intowards you belly button! Alot of people try to use momentom which wont do anything for you stomach! Also try hold ups stright towards you legs instead of behind your head! Good luck!!!0

why are you doing crunches?
they are really ridiculous and way more likely to damage something than help.
Do planks- or russian twists or almost anything- work on hollow hold- or dragon flags.
Crunches are rubbish.0
