Why am I gaining?
I've been doing Jillian michael's 30 day shred twice a day for a little over a week now. I have also been counting calories and staying around 1200 net calories per day (what I'm eating minus what I've supposedly burned exercising). Over the past week, I have gained 2.5 pounds.
