I pulled out my old Dance Dance Revolution game and decided to give it a try. I was on light mode. I weigh 123 pounds and it said that I only burned 200 calories in an hour. It didn't feel like that at all. I am in good shape and am used to exercising. Does anyone know how accurate their calorie counter is?
About a month ago I started lifting weights. I still lost 3 pounds in a month but that only happened after taking half a week off exercise. Now I seem to gain weight every time I increase my weights. I'm not sure I should have started lifting if my goal was weight loss.
