so, i joined cause i wanted to make sure i wasnt over eating and such cause i was started to put on weight. i managed to lose a few pounds and began to neglect the site. then i went on holiday and put on about half a stone and now i dont fit into a dress I bought to wear to a wedding no longer fits! i weighed in last week…
