Anyone know why?
Hi - according to the USDA broiled or baked salmon has about 115 mg of sodium per ounce but poached or steamed has only 21 mg per ounce. I can understand if you poach it it might wash away some of the sodium, but hard to believe it for steaming. Does anyone know why this is?

Hi, so you know what I want to ask, but would like the thoughts from people my age and older who have lost about the same amount as I am aiming for- how much extra skin did you end up with, and do you have any hints or how to minimize it (other than to lose slowly)? Thanks!

Count my pedometer or not? How do you do it?
Hi - I'm new and have been putting my pedometer steps, miles, and calories burned in under my exercises, but i was thinking maybe I shouldn't, as 1/3 to 1/2 of that, depending on the day, is just the walking that is part of daily activities (the rest being from a real exercise walk). My concern is that maybe those daily…
