Are your dogs on Santas list???
So, my dogs have always been on the list and get presents for Christmas......even my friends include them. This year it will only be Rain.....usually I will bake some doggie biscuits and maybe make some 'hot dog chips', usually she gets some toys too. What do you do?? Any special ideas or recipes?? minimalist running shoes and YakTrax ??
Does anyone have some feedback on winter running in minimalist shoes like NB Minimus or similar shoe?? I would like to know if/how well YakTrax or other grippers work in snow/ice.......I live in Wisconsin, have some trail and running on neighborhood streets as my regular route. Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks

First - Happy Thanksgiving to all! I 'graduated' from my C25K a couple of days ago and ran (my second 5K ever, first one was 11/4 and included several minutes of walking) a 5k this morning..... It was a gorgeous morning and running felt great!!! :drinker:

scale not moving but NSV today
Stuck at the same weight for the third week now but ........ finished my first 5k today :happy: Not done with c25k yet but managed to finish 5k ! Slow ( as I only ran approx 80% and walked intermittently....walked in the beginning to warm up a bit more and they 'threw in' a couple of hills :ohwell: that I could not run up)…

Below freezing.....

OK, this may be a really dumb question as I I've had my furball Rain for over 7 years now.......Best way to give a mal a bath.
