Looking for some help on strength training
Ok so I've lost 75 pounds so far. I have another 20 that I wanna lose....but I gotta start doing some strength training, I keep putting it off because I have no clue where to start. Does anyone know of some good guides for beginners on what exercises to do, and how to do them. Thanks so much!

My Journey So Far (75 pounds lost)
Starting weight was 269.1 pounds. This photo was taken Christmas 2012 I am now at 193.8. I've set my goal at 180, but thinking I may change it to 170/175. These were taken in July on our trip to Europe.:smile:
