Hi guys! I'm considering switching to a low carb diet, but I'm not really 100% sure how many carbs I should be eating at most on this kind of diet. Most recently, I've been eating around 100-120 of carbs a day according to MFP, but am unsure whether this would be considered to be low carb or not.
