Late Night Snack Attacks

Since I started being more careful about what I'm eating, I'm finding that late at night (from 8pm onwards) I seem to develop an insatiable desire to eat anything I can get my hands on. Obviously it's not ideal to eat so late at night, but I was wondering if any of you guys had any tips or low carb snack ideas that will keep hunger at bay before I go to bed?

    When I get the munchies at night, it's usually because I am tired and need to go to bed. So what I usually do is drink a glass of water and head up to get some zzzzz's. :)
