Why don't I see a difference???
So I've managed to loose around 6kgs in the last 2 months. The scale says Ive lost weight, anyone who I haven't seen for the last two months is asking what happened but when I look in the mirror I look no different! Anyone else have this problem?

Will running get easier
So I've been running at least 3 times a week for the past month. I tend to run different routes with different amounts of time but on average Im doing 15-22 minutes. Can you do anything you want with left over calories?
Lets say I've had a really low calorie day and have only eaten about 1200 calories. Would it be okay to the go eat a chocolate bar of 400 calories at the end of the day because I am allowed 1600 calories per day? Obviously I know it will throw my allowed sugar way off but Im still within my calories... Been wondering about…

How much distance should I ad to my running per week?
At the moment I can do 3kms (2miles) which I would obviously like to increase. I last time I ran that distance I felt like I could do more but didn't want to push it. So how much would you recommend I add per week?

Jogging in hilly area
Just wonder how this would work. Where I live there are lots of hills. So on a jog around the suburb I'll go up as many hills as I go down. Obviously running up hill burns more calories were as coming down again burns fewer. But does calorie burn even itself out? Or does coming down the hills again burn far fewer calories…
