Ok first day of May and all most blew it!
Don't know why but so wanted to go to the Olive Garden my husband was like yea sure. Then we both got smart and said we are never going to lose weight if we go out all the time. So day one and still on track :)

I have been trying to lose weight for a while now. First on weight watchers did good but never hit the 50lb mark got burned out then the weight started to come back. So do you eat your extra calories after you work out?
Hi I'm new to this and noticed when I walk I get more calories. Now do I eat those extra calories or stick to what it says I'm should have before any exercise. I would think if I ate the extra calories that I would not lose weight . Please let me know what you all do thanks!
