2 mins 10 secs - a real struggle!
120 seconds - just very slight headache. Better head position I think, keeping it aligned with the spine and looking down.
105 seconds - ooouch that hurt. Had a banging headache at the end of it which lasted for about 5 mins. I know I have a pinched nerve in my neck and think this may be the cause. Going for a massage this afternoon and will take to the masseuse about this.
