too much protein?
i seem to ALWAYS go over my protein allowance. i mean, DAILY... i'm TRYING to lose weight, but if i dont eat protein i dont feel full... is going over my protein allowance a BAD thing??

celery?
Is it true that celery pretty much has negative calories? i heard this is because its takes more effort for your body to digest it than its caloric content... i know this question sounds silly, i was just curious if this is true.
