i'm assuming you need to eat those calories because if you dont, you just completely burned up the energy you fed your body in the first place. (hope my words are making sense). When i work out, i eat the extra calories... maybe not all of them (just me) but i do eat some.

i have 32oz plastic cups from The Funny Bone comedy club that i use to track my water! i also put lemon or lime in it to give it a little flavor! :)

I LOVE having friends on here, anyone can add me, i love the enthusiasm we all have for eachother, and the GO GET THEM attitudes we can KEEP with group support... i made my food diary so my friends can see it, so if i cheat, everyone knows!

i have the same problem... i figured out, tho, if i have someone to talk to while i'm cleaning (thank god for friends), i focus on things much better... its weird, but it works!

Frozen meals are LOADED with sodium. so be careful with those. If you are feeling hungry, listen to your body. If you stay hungry, you could put yourself in starvation mode and your body will start to PUT ON weight, not shed it! I LOVE APPLES!
