Everyone's always saying "You HAVE TO eat at least 1800 calories if you are breast feeding." But I wasn't losing any weight for 4 weeks doing that. It seems like different people of different sizes would have different calorie needs and I'm 5'3" so maybe mine is less calories? Any thoughts?
