Idk, I just liked the graph where it showed that Fish and some other stuff provided more satiety than other foods...love things that keep me fuller longer.

8 oz in a cup so 1/8 cup i figure in a pinch. but you want a food scale.

I like using fruit flavored tea instead of plain hot water and stevia. My fav is blueberry tea. Oatmeal is awesome because it has fiber and protein.
-
Oh, poo. That's exactly my height and goal weight. I was hoping for more too, lol.
-
Quaker Old fashioned oatmeal has 8g protein per 3/4 cup

bump, sounds good :)

*bump*

mine's open, but weird...

Protein helps me feel full. Egg whites have 16 calories each and 4g of protein. I also eat tuna, tilapia, and cottage cheese for the protein. Oatmeal seems to help me too, and I was surprised when I learned it also has protein. Some people say the protein making you feel fuller thing is a myth, but it seems to work for me…

^this is how I do it

I used to skip it, but now that I only average 4 hours of sleep per night, I don't anymore. My advice would be to sleep as much as you can. Helps you eat less :)

I guess if you log breastfeeding under food, it subtracts 200-500 cals depending how much you feed/ how old your baby is. My baby was born May 28th, but I only manage to pump 12-15 oz per day of milk (my baby got nipple confusion and won't take the breast) so I don't even bother to log it. I'm on a 1200 cal diet right now,…

awesome, thanks for sharing the postpartum pics. i am 2 and a half months pp and this gives me hope that it can be done. your stomach looks great!
-
i am also 5'3" and set at 1200, but you are more active than me by a longshot.
-
I eat 1200 too and today was the 1st day I am not hungry. I figured out that eating egg whites, oatmeal, and FF cottage cheese seems to do the trick. I also eat a lot of veggies. I have an open diary if you want to check it out. Be warned though, there are a bunch of days I went on SF Jello or pudding binges, not so…

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/857428--the-virgin-diet?hl=the+virgin+diet&page=3 Here's a thread about it. Too restrictive for me. Eggs and dairy are my allies in weight loss.

ohhh they make spanx for thighs, lol. they ae like bike shorts. they don't do it either. i've lost the thigh gap obsession since i had a baby, though. just want to look not pregnant now.
-
I noticed that your profile says you don't want your thighs to touch when you stand. For some people, this is nearly impossible. I am 5'3" and at my lowest (unhealthy) weight of 99 lbs, my thighs still touched. You have to have wide hips and a certain body shape.
-
^awesome idea, thanks. another pro to eating cottage cheese-- doesn't cost 25 bucks for 12 servings.
-
My eating habits are a mess, but my diary is open.

It's good. It's a little thicker than regular milk, so I water it down. Even less calories that way :)

Yes, I agree that it's all about proportionality. There are many plus sized models that would look good in a bikini, like Chloe Marshall, a 16. See picture... http://www.stylebistro.com/The+Most+Beautiful+Plus+Size+Models/articles/bHWDKG0DOXI/Chloe+Marshall

Hmm, maybe you have you activity level set too high? I'm set at lightly active, or the one above not active at all. You can also add exercise to your routine and not eat back the calories, but exercise makes most people hungry so that could be difficult. I'm 5'3" 135 lbs and my calories are set at 1290. I've only been on…

Frozen yogurt compromise

eggs, frozen vegetables, fish or tuna, fiber one original cereal, almond milk. I'm out of most of these things though, so it might not be a good calorie day for me lol
-
I used to do this. I bought a membership at a gym specifically to use the shower/bathroom. Yes, I had an apartment, but I was living out of my car because my boyfriend was also on the lease and I was trying to get out of an emotionally abusive relationship. Why do you care if people who use the bathroom workout or not? As…

I don't do a whole lot of exercise on any day. My plan for weight loss is mostly just cutting calories and logging my food. It's not a popular plan, but I don't see anything wrong with it...as long as you have a calorie deficit, you will still lose weight.

If you change your hair, that is. Your current hair looks great.
