    Here's a thread about it.
    Too restrictive for me. Eggs and dairy are my allies in weight loss.
  • I agree. I use eggs to increase my calories without increasing my carbs when I'm below 1200 calories. That and chicken breast. Your allies.

    I just started today...not to lose weight but to see if maybe I can find out if I have any food intolerances...I feel like crap a lot, and I do suffer from inflammation frequently...I thought it was due to my being hypothyroid...but maybe I have an intolerance to a food...at the end of 21 days I guess I'll find out...eggs and dairy were really difficult to give up...eggs are my go to food...I keep chickens for crying out loud!!! lol...but I just keep reminding myself that it's only 21 days and at the end of it I will reintroduce eggs first (supposed to reintroduce one high-fi food a week...) looking forward to having eggs again! :) Friend me if you want. I need more friends that are eating this way. thx.
