so before xmas i was a size 16 and today just been on and bought my self some size 12 jeans and trousers n they fit perfect im so happy , my ideal is a 10 so not far of just wanted to share my little success story :D

best exercise for tonning stomach?
so ive had two children, and was wondering what is the best exercise to get rid of baby fat lol i want to tone my stomach up. what would you recommend would be the best exercise for me! thanks :)
