how do i post pictures on the forum?

can anyone please tell me how to post pictures on the forums as i would like to post a before n now picture many thanks:smile:

    You have to host them externally at like photobucket or imageshack etc , you copy the IMG code from there come back here paste in in the message window then change the IMG tags to lowercase
