hey, ive just joined here would like to say hello my name is hayley i am aiming to lose about 31 pounds . i weighed 14 stone when i first dieted which i did in xmas holiday

i now weigh 12 stone 3 pounds. i came across this site and it looks great so many people look great and have lost loads.

i go to a dietition and im there for a check up tomoz so hopefully its a succesful.
