280 net calories to low?
I have been dieting for a while now. Doing pretty good and have 13lbs to go. So, my recommended calorie intake is 1200, is this after the calories I've burned is deducted? Also, I usually eat about 700 calories a day, I burn 400-500, so my met is sometimes under 200 calories. Is this really bad? I do have my cheat days…
