How do you recover from bad diet day?
Do you restrict additional calories the day(s) after? Exercise more? Just Curious... If I go over my calories by a lot I'll only eat about 500 caps the next day

Guilty after cheat meals
I find myself feeling guilty after cheat meals even after I've planned for them a week in advance. After I've had a. Heat meal/day I always cut back my calories the next couple days by a few hundred...Anyone else like this?

Every other day diet?

The journey to lose weight is so stupid
So for about a month I was stuck at the same weight 170. This is while I was damn near starving myself 3 days a week(only having 500 calories on those days) Now I eat what I want (staying below 1400 calories) I weigh myself and I've dropped 3lbs in a week.. Grateful but so confusing and annoying!

Plateau 6 weeks in?!?
Is it possible to be at a plateau so early? I've been stuck at 170 for the past 2-3 weeks. I'll go down a pound and up a pound but it always goes back to 170 :(

Soreness and weight gain strength traing

Machine vs HRM

Losing 3 lbs in a week?
